Amethi: Police nabbed two wanted accused involved in several cases

Amethi. Three casualties were reported today from different areas of Amethi, police said on tuesday.

SHO Amethi Shyam Sunder said that a police team led by sub inspector Brij Bhushan Pathak nabbed a wanted accused Riyajuddin of village Benipur under police station Amethi and booked him under 394 and 411 IPC.

16 cases were lodged against the accused who was missing for long time, police said.

On other hand SHO Jamo Ratan Singh said that Jamo police led by sub inspector Brahmanand Yadav nabbed a wanted Tej Bahadur of Balbhadrapur and booked him under sections 363,366 and 506 IPC.

As per reports available maniram 52 of village Sambhai under police station jamo was killed when a claymade wall collapsed and fell over him.

Maniram was rushed to hospital but in vain.

Later police sent the body for postmortem after legal formalities.

In another case a 17 year old person named Abhishek of Balbhadrapur unde police station Jamo fell into a well and died.

The dead body was sent for postmortem after arbitration , police said.

One corona positive found in Amethi, active cases 11

With a corona positive case found in Amethi today active cases have been reported 10, office of district administration said today.

As per information available the new case found from Jagdishpur block today had no any travel history and now active cases are 11.

In Amethi 271 patients (out of total positive cases 283 reported till date) have been discharged from hospitals after recovery.
