Amethi: Police lodged FIR against 2 allegedly involved in rape case occurred 4 months back

Amethi. Amethi police on Friday lodged named FIR against 2 accused who were allegedly involved in raping a 13 year girl four month back, police said on Friday.

Deputy SP Arpit Kapoor said that on complaint of the mother of the 13 year victim of village Gaura under police station Jamo,  Jamo police lodged FIR against Dilip son of Kallu and Mahendra son of Rajendra under sections 376 and 506 IPC and 5/6 POCSO Act.

Investigation officer SHO Jamo Sanjay Kumar Singh is looking into the matter and soon the culprits will be nabbed, he said.

According to details available as per complaint of the mother of 13 year victim that her daughter was gang raped by 2 above mentioned of same village when she had gone to attend natural call out of village four months back.

Both the victimizers/ rapists had threatened the innocent with dire consequences so she could not open her mouth at that moment.

But when the victim had a regular pain and was consulted with the doctor the matter was opened that the victim is pregnant, police said.
