Kangana Ranaut has blocked former Bigg Boss contestant Himanshi Khurana on Twitter. This was when the Punjabi singer-actress gave a slammed to Kangana for her views on the famine protest. Kangana’s tweets on farmers’ protest did not go down well with many Punjabi artists, including Himanshi, Ammi Virk and Sagun Mehta.

Himanshi took her Instagram stories and shared a screenshot of a message, mentioning that Kangana Ranaut has blocked her on Twitter. she captioned it, “Wohhh. Krta Block (sic).”

Himanshi lashed at Kangana as she misidentified an old woman, known as Shaheen Bagh Dadi, as Bilkis Bano in the farmers’ protests. she shared a meme on Kangana and wrote, “Agar is in the buzurg aurat ne paise lie hai bheed me shamil hone k……. app ne kitne paise lie sarkar ko defend krn ke…… KanganaTeam (sic). ”
What did Kangana write on farmer’s protest?
Punjabi actor Deep Sidhu claims that while sharing an article pretending to be a farmer, Kangana Ranaut wrote that everyone is trying to exploit the opposition of farmers for their benefit. “Hopefully, the government would not allowed the anti-national elements to take advantage and has created another Shaheen Bagh riots for the blood thirsty vultures and the Tukde gang (sic).”
Himanshi Khurana has been part of the farmers’ protest right from the beginning. In September, Himanshi was tested Kovid-19 positive after farmers participated in the protest. Singer-actress keeps sharing social media posts in support of farmers.
Legal notice to Kangana
Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut has also been sent a legal notice by a Punjab lawyer for alleged misidentification of an old woman in protest against farmers as Bilkis Bano. The notice calls for an apology on her tweets, which have now been removed.
Thousands of agitating farmers opposing the three agricultural bills have been gathered at the Singhu border connecting Delhi and Haryana. The Delhi Police was criticized for using water cannons and tear gases to keep the crowd under control. Meanwhile, the situation around the edges of Delhi remains tense and hundreds of farmers from UP, Rajasthan and Punjab continue to join the farmers’ protests in the border areas.
